1. Introduction

Welcome to Cotswold Nailery, owned and operated by Amber Leeson in the UK. These Terms & Conditions explain our policies to ensure a positive experience for both you and our business.

2. Appointment Bookings

Bookings are automatically confirmed when made, but we reserve the right to decline any appointment that does not align with our policies. Please select a suitable time to avoid scheduling conflicts.

3. Booking Fees

We require a percentage of the treatment cost as a booking fee. This fee secures your slot and is non-refundable if you fail to adhere to our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, your booking may be forfeited. This policy helps us manage our time and accommodate other clients.

5. Refunds and Fixes

Repair & Refund Policy

• Please check your nails before leaving your appointment. Once you leave, the set is considered accepted.

• I do not offer refunds on any nail services.

• Complimentary repairs are only offered for genuine product or application faults and must be reported within 48 hours.

• Chipping, breakage or lifting caused by manual work, lifestyle, impact, or failure to follow aftercare is not covered.

• Clients who work with their hands, animals, water, chemicals or outdoor labour must wear protective gloves.

• Repairs outside of the above will be chargeable and subject to availability.

6. Payment

Full payment in GBP is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.

7. Consultation Forms and Patch Tests

Certain treatments require a completed consultation form and possibly a patch test before your appointment. Please follow any instructions closely to ensure suitability and safety.

8. Client Responsibilities

Arrive on time to avoid shortened or rescheduled appointments. Come with clean, polish-free nails unless you are booked for removal or refill. Communicate any discomfort or concerns during the service. Notify us of allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions in advance. Keep your hands or feet still during treatments for best results. Extra guests and children are only permitted if agreed beforehand. Follow our aftercare advice to prolong the life of your treatment.

9. Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in compliance with GDPR. We do not share your information with third parties except as required for processing payments or legal obligations.

10. Right to Refuse and Policy Changes

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is disruptive or violates these policies. We may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and updates will be posted for your review.

For the safety of all clients, Cotswold Nailery does not provide services on nails showing signs of infection or pathology. Foot services are no longer offered. All products and tools are maintained to the highest hygiene standards, with regular precautionary stock replacement carried out where necessary.
